Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMES

Our current US orders will start shipping in Q1 2023 for 2.85mm and 1.75mm models. EU orders will start shipping in Q2 2023 for both 1.75mm and 2.85mm models.

When products are in stock, there is a 3 week lead time. If products are not in stock, there is an 8 week lead time.

We are only shipping our orders to the EU and US. If you are outside these zones but interested, you can sign up to our waiting list by Contacting us.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

Thought3D Ltd (Drywise) is not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that the shipping and billing addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. All shipments shall be sent using DHL with shipping warranty paid.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been picked up by the shipping company.
