In the event of any defect of the goods (for clarity, a defect that is not the cause of shipment, but that may have been caused during the production and packaging process) we are entitled to restore contract conformity by rectifying such defect. We shall bear the expenses only up to the amount of the order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@drywise.com and you will be given the return address to send your product to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise the time for sending a new item.

We will consider full refund, should several attempts of rectifying our defect fail.
